We have constructed a truly precious bungalow in a remote area, boasting a breathtaking view of the Western Ghats. This location posed significant challenges for transporting machinery and materials, yet our dedicated team meticulously planned and executed the project. Our primary objective was to ensure complete client satisfaction, meeting all their requirements within the specified time frame. Even during the monsoon season, when we faced exceptionally challenging conditions. We tackled complex RCC designs while maintaining rigorous safety measures to protect our team members. Remarkably, we successfully erected a 3.32-ton MS structure, including a pergola and a staircase, within a mere three days inside the bungalow.

In the heart of a remote and serene locale in Navghar (Maharashtra), we embarked on a project that would redefine leisure and recreation – the construction of a Reinforced Concrete (RCC) swimming pool. Our vision encompassed not only the creation of a luxurious aquatic retreat but also the integration of essential amenities, including a pump house and an elegant toilet-attached bathroom. The real challenge lay in executing this ambitious undertaking without disrupting the harmony of the surrounding community, all while adhering to a timeline.

In Umarga, Maharashtra, we had the privilege of undertaking Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure project in the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) area. High-quality materials were chosen to ensure the durability and longevity of the structure. This included steel frames, roofing, and wall cladding materials. The PEB structure was customized to accommodate the client’s specific needs, whether it be for warehousing, manufacturing, or other industrial purposes.
Altamount Police Control Room

comprehensive refurbishment
DJ Con’s Engineering & Construction Division undertook the comprehensive refurbishment of the Gamdevi Police Control Room in Grant Road, Mumbai. Our team executed a multifaceted project, encompassing civil engineering work, electrical fittings, and the installation of crucial safety indicators such as smoke detectors, fire suppression cylinders, and a state-of-the-art fire alarm system. We take pride in our role in enhancing the Gamdevi Police Control Room’s infrastructure and safety measures.
Forensic Science Laboratory at Vishnupuri, Nanded

- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP):
The project entails the establishment of a Sewage Treatment Plant with a capacity of 32.5 (KLD). This facility will ensure the proper treatment and disposal of wastewater in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Underground Sewage Pipeline:
An extensive network of underground sewage pipelines, spanning over 1500 meters, will be laid out. This
system comprises more than 100 sewage chambers, strategically placed to facilitate the efficient flow and
management of sewage throughout the area. These chambers and pipelines are designed to meet the
quality and durability to highest standards.
- Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP):
In addition to the STP, the project includes the construction of an advanced Effluent Treatment Plant with a capacity of 5 (KLD). This facility will be instrumental in treating and purifying effluents, ensuring that they meet the required environmental norms and standards.
- IT & Fire Fighting System :
Installation of a state-of-the-art CCTV network across the entire premises. Simultaneously, the
implementation of an advanced fire fighting system for the entire premises.
- Approach Road Work :
Thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all mataerials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 75mm.
Crushing Work of 80K MT Stone/Boulders at Coastal Road Project at Worli, Mumbai. (HCC)

- Breaking of boulders and stones into smaller sizes so as to be able to put them
into the 250 TPH crusher, using 210 excavators cum breakers cum buckets. - Loading the broken stone/boulders into the 20 Tonne Capacity dumper by
using excavators and transporting the same to the crusher using dumpers. - Unloading the broken stone/boulders near the crusher from dumpers and
loading the said material into the crusher using excavators. - Crushing the broken stone/boulders into smaller size (between 0mm-100 mm)
and stalking the same at site nearby. - Loading the finished material onto dumpers using 210 excavators/loader.
